Self-confidence and Attitude

As people around us tell us every time... that have self-confidence. Of course one need to have self-confidence that helps in achieving what we aspire for and face thigns boldly. But sometimes the thin line between self-confidence and attitude gets crossed and we find ourselves in total attitude.

Self-confidence and attitude are are like 2 ends of a measuring scale. One should start from self-confidence end and then slowly move towards attitude end. but the balance should be there. for some people it could be at 5 on scale of 10, for some it culd be 6 or even 4. It all depends on how much proportions of self-confidence and attitude one wants to mix in there personality for that smooth personality finish.

Its very hard, because as we progress in our personal and professional lives we sometimes cross that thin line which is a marker of balance for us, as an individual, and there we are. As a person we might not know... but believe me others can totally tell. So i guess, we can now add a word in our personalities. and try to follow it. that's "easy-goin" and "down-to-earth". These are attributes which besides being self-confident helps a person to being accommodating, understanding, considerate and accepting.

To my thinking, sometimes people then start deriving relation between personality and who you are as a human being. That's like 50-50 i guess. A person may be a good human being but just his personality portrays him different sometimes. Even he thinks and feel the same stuff as everybody else, but that person is different when among people. This imbalanced layer of self-confidence plus attitude comes over. Which can make a person think... ahh i know everything, i don't need this advice, who is other person to tell me, why should i accommodate, etc...

So again its a 50-50 situation and many a times we just have this imbalance unknowingly and unwillingly. But its better to keep a check and rectify before it harm relations and one's personality.
